However, please note that customized products are non-returnable, as outlined in our return policy. If a customized product arrives damaged, please contact support for assistance. Additionally, customized items will take 2-3 weeks to be created, and some pieces, depending on the complexity of the work required, may take up to 4 weeks.

The purity of the gold used in our jewelry depends on its karat designation. If an item is labeled as 22K, it indicates a gold purity of .916, meaning it contains 91.6% pure gold. On the other hand, if an item is labeled as 18K, its purity is .750, which means it contains 75% pure gold.
