Customized orders are subject to additional terms and conditions, and once production begins, changes may not be possible. Customized products are non-refundable if arrived damaged; please contact support for assistance. Shipping & Delivery

At Shubh Jewelers, we take great care to ensure every shipment is securely packaged and double-boxed for protection during transit. All deliveries require an adult signature to help ensure proper verification and safe receipt.

Customers are expected to inspect their orders promptly upon delivery. Any discrepancies involving missing merchandise, damaged or tampered packaging, or incorrect contents must be reported to SHUBH JEWELERS within 24 hours of the carrier's delivery confirmation.

Customers reporting a delivery discrepancy must retain the original shipping box, shipping label, and all interior packaging materials until the matter has been reviewed. Photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and items received may be requested to assist with an investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SHUBH JEWELERS reserves the right to deny responsibility for delivery-related claims reported after the 24-hour reporting period. Late reporting may affect our ability to verify the circumstances and investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier or applicable insurance provider. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If the original payment method was not Zelle, the customer may be responsible for an additional processing fee along with the return shipping cost. Exchanges are free of charge.
