Customized or special-order pieces may require additional processing time and are typically shipped within 3–5 business days to meet our quality standards. We offer complimentary economy shipping on all orders. Additional shipping options, including standard and express delivery, are available at checkout for an additional cost, allowing you to select the service that best suits your needs. We are dedicated to providing reliable shipping options and keeping you informed throughout the delivery process.

Returns & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For refunds issued to payment methods other than Zelle, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Exchanges are processed with no processing fee. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or do not match the original purchase will be subject to rejection or additional fees. Any discrepancy in product weight compared to the original shipment will result in the return being declined. Please note that customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. For your protection, we recommend opening all packages under video surveillance.
