Returns & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For refunds issued to payment methods other than Zelle, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Exchanges are processed with no processing fee. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or do not match the original purchase will be subject to rejection or additional fees. Any discrepancy in product weight compared to the original shipment will result in the return being declined.
